Title: Solutions Architect
Salary Range : RMB$400,000-$500 K per annum
Locations: Beijing, China
Requirement:
• Cisco CCIE certification preferable.
• Deep expertise in two or more technology domains (network/ infrastructure, data, Unified Communications or Enterprise VoIP, applications/middleware).
• Fluency in network technologies. Fluency in high availability, security, and operational disciplines (systems management, change management, etc.)
• Proven track record in an industry or horizontal solution area.
• Ability to solve problems with innovative ideas and work across a large number of stakeholders effectively with demonstrated leadership skills.
Job Description
• Working with sales and partner teams, provides solution level consulting expertise to large, strategic customers (Fortune 500).
• Ability to work cross-functional with multiple business units and solution teams to leverage multiple technologies in creating end to end and/or vertical specific solutions.
• Correlates business issues around technology and processes and is able to create an architectural solution specific to a given customer or segment.
• Able to articulate this vision across Executives and Technical Decision Makers.
• Works across broad team of engineers and ensures a systems approach to the integrity of the customer solution which includes multiple technologies across the network and application layers.
• Ability to develop and incubate new service strategies and articulate them within a technical and business framework.
• Act as the technical specialist for the most complex architectures through identifying and prioritizing the architecturally significant requirements, determining the style of the system architecture (i.e., the major system patterns), and identifying the major functions of the system including the system data, hardware, and software components.
• Responsible for assisting in the integration of the solution into an existing infrastructure, which would drive systems integration and implementation approaches, including the identification and integration of Third Party products and services into a cohesive solution design.
• Responsible for providing thought leadership through writing technical white papers, presenting at Industry Events, and mentoring of peers and managers on the voice systems and architectural challenges.
• Responsible for providing consulting to and influencing top customers, Cisco sales, Product Management and Delivery teams in the development of multifaceted application and network design.
