QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in majors related to mechanical manufacturing or production management.
MBA is preferred
At least 10 years working experiences in production, manufacturing engineering or
management.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of enterprise management, production management and mechanical
manufacturing.
Familiar with the factory’s production and processing procedures and processing techniques.
Familiar with the management concept of world wide, such as Lean Manufacturing and 6
Sigma etc.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Good organization, leadership and decision-making ability.
Strong in analysis of problems and troubleshooting.
Good language and communication ability.
Preferred ability to listen, speak, read and write English.
Strong in operation of computer (Word, Excel, SAP etc.)
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: (work environment, shift, travel frequency etc.)
Willing to live and work in Jiamusi for minimum 3 years. Open to other assignment China wide
before or afterwards. There will be domestic and international travel required from time to time.
