Main Functions: Business tasks 业务方面
主要职责 1. Defin overal business development plan, set right team member target, effectively follow the execution and performance results to ensure the team reach the target
制定全面的业务发展计划, 合理设定团队成员目标,并有效跟踪过程执行情况和业绩结果,以完成各项指标任务
2. Care very much of the market and collect related information, with the right sense of maket situation and development methods, select right target real estate and define right development plans
关注对市场状况并搜集相关信息,对市场状况和开发方法有正确的判断能力,正确选择目标楼盘并制定合宜的开发方案.
3. Analizing business resource and take business orientation to optimize business and staffing structure.
分析业务来源，规划业务方向，以优化业务和人员结构
4. Push dept performance by carring out customer info managing , following up and sales and deposit converting, as well as maintaining contracted customers.
落实每一个有效客户信息的管理、跟踪、销售转化、及合同期间的维护，全力接单、转单，以促进部门的销售业绩
5. Keep eighty percent of deposit converting rate and eightly percent of mian materials inner purchasing rate or above, take good control on margin.
控制订单转化率80%以上，主材购买率80%以上，并控制毛利
Customer service tasks 客户服务方面
1. Dear with every potential conflicts to avoiding complaints happened on design, budget or insufficient deco services or other serious complaints.
处理投诉，避免因设计、预算、及家装团队服务不当等产生的投诉，及其它严重投诉的产生
2. Focus on customer's needs, increase the success rate of deposits, gain customer's trust as well as let every customer feel they are cherished by us.
主动服务每一位顾客，提升谈单成功率、顾客信任度以及顾客被重视度
3. Take on manager responsibility system, care for customers and increase customer satisfaction rate.
承担经理责任制，做好顾客关怀，提升顾客满意度
Team Management tasks 团队管理方面
1. Present weekly business meeting for activity guidance, encouragement, discussion and experience sharing, also award excellent or punish low performance ones.
主持每周业务会议，以便及时做相关活动的宣导、动员、讨论，以及相关人员的表彰、惩罚、和经验分享
2 Be responsible for team capability, take regular individual appraisal to eliminate disqualified employee.
对团体的整体素质负责，不断对团队成员进行个人评估，以淘汰不合格员工
3 Excute corporation policies and provide feasible suggestions to assure the fullfillment of policies and regulations.
执行公司制定的政策和规范并提出可行建议，以确保政策和规范的充分落实
4. In charge of final checking for design and budget to ensure the quality of layout and budget.
负责设计和预算最终审核，以确保图纸和预算的质量
5、Define and providethe necessary training needs of team member,including OJT and etc.
与HR部门一同界定并提供团队成员各项必要、需要的培训，包括在职培训等
6、Be responsible for the related EHS job 负责相关的EHS(环境,健康,安全)职责
KPI : Business target 业务指标 40%
关键绩效指标 Team building 团队建设 20%
Decoration office building.Saloon and fair planning 工作室建设,展会/沙龙活动筹划 20%
Complaint control 投诉控制 20%
Monthly emphasised KPI 月度强调的绩效指标 ±20%
Qualifications： * Qualification: College degree or above 大专或以上学历
资格条件 * Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能:
1. More than 8 years experience in a similar industry, over 5 years of management experience 八年以上相近行业经验,五年以上管理经验
2. Extensive awareness of decoration industry了解家装市场
3. Strong network in decoration industry, easy to hire new people if necessary
在家装行业有较强的关系网，有丰富的后备人才梯队
4. Excellent communication skills 较强的沟通能力
5. Computer literate (MS Office) 电脑操作熟练（MS办公）
6. Rigorous, motivated and customer oriented 严格，主动，有顾客意识
7. Background of interior design and budget is a plus 有室内装潢设计和预算背景尤佳
