Given the rising importance of digital and on line web based marketing activities, my client is looking for a China Manager for a successful and fast growing practice in SHANGHAI to change the way client plan their marketing investments ultimately increasing the efficiency of clients organizations.
This role will:
• Build and maintain a reputation in China for thought leadership in the digital consulting space by promoting marketing science to drive digital optimization.
• Build a scalable Shanghai digital team to assist with the execution of the work.
• Develop and leverage relationships with internal as well as external (Digital industry leaders and experts) thought leaders to maximize the impact for our digital consulting offerings.
• Proactively seek out and engage clients to share the value of our digital assets and secure consulting work in the digital space.
• Sweat the delivery of our new digital consulting services.
What we are looking for:
• Relevant Degree Qualification
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Understand digital strategy in high and detailed level
• Strong knowledge in a range of Digital Marketing Disciplines such as Web Analytics, Social Media, Social Networks, SEO, SEM, PPC/CPC, Website Architecture and Optimization, Affiliate Programmes, Digital Display/Signage.
• strong on detail, communication skills while possessing business acumen
Ideal candidates will have been working for a small digital media agency such as Digitas, Ogilvy-one, or a vendor company like Omniture, Coremetrics, or someone is working in consulting/advising/strategy role.
