Reports to
- CEO and President
Communicates with
- Regional Managers on designing and implementing local sub marketing plan
- PR Managers on communication and advertising
- Senior Category Manager to coordinate brands marketing plan and Sephora marketing plan
- All in store demonstrators
- All China stores
• Main objectives
Carries out China Brand building
- Design, implement and facilitate marketing plan
- Supervise private label local strategy
- Manages in store demonstrators
- Supervise the website design
Raises Brand awareness
- Ensures brand is consistent with strategy and for within China
- Plans, organizes, and executes special PR events to raise brand awareness
Enhances Brand loyalty
- Manages and enhances the Loyalty Card program
- Ensures that the Loyalty card is effective and fits the CRM and brand strategy
• Communication
- Ensures effective internal and external communication of the brand
- Represents the company brand internally and externally
Language / Ethnicity
- Fluent Mandarin and English required

Required Experience
- At least 5 years in brand management experience

- Preferably has worked both in Agency and for industry
- Has an excellent knowledge of Chinese customers
