该职位要有前沿开发经验，能判断未来3~5年或更长久时间后的发展趋势，需要收集市场或同行信息，对未来进行预测。
█必须具备：lighting行业背景，有国外留学或工作经验，拥有材料或结构硕士以上学位。
主要工作职责：
1. To lead an Advanced Development Team for Retrofit/LUM pre-development. Responsible to manage implementation of new technologies and creation of building blocks to achieve competitive designs in the market.
2. Advanced Development of platforms and building blocks for LEDr Classic Lamps to ensure low complex designs and cost reduced lamps by optimizing economy of scales factors and assembly simplification.
3. Create the environment of visionary understanding and thinking in the team to improve and develop innovation process. Needs to act as a very good example at how to realize developments with outstanding thinking.
4. To ensure/coaching the technical competence of APD team, make APD team act as expert and technology pool, where other departments get information
5. Support Technology development roadmap for LEDr
6. Responsible for € 0.5~1 million in several projects, totally managing of 4-7 direct reports.
任职要求和条件:
1. Holding a PhD in physics, mechanics, mechantronics or material, preferred PhD done abroad (EU, USA, etc…) and/or working abroad.
2. Experience in lighting products, min. 10 years experience in lighting product development, preferable in LED luminaire.
3. Know-how about development and production of LED luminaire products.
4. Background in the relevant standards and regulations (IEC, UL, FCC, CE, UL and ROHS requirements)
5. Able to lead and coach the R&D engineers.
6. Project management skill, Make use of MS project.
7. Collaboration with BCT teams from APAC and EU; have working experience in big, international companies; experience as a manager preferred.
