It's human nature to be attracted by more than one person, it is also human nature to be jealous if your partner is seeing someone else.
Since it is impractical to change our genes, nor is it realistic to do away with marriage, maybe the only revolution we could have is for guys to set the record straight from the get-go. No you are not having a miserable marriage and you do not plan to divorce your wife under the normal circumstances.
However, in order for guys to be straight forward, the gals need to quit saying that you are not interested in a man who is not available. Married men can be very attractive, sometimes even more so because of their experience with women. Admit that a married man can be a good partner but realize that he is the worst candidate for a husband --- this mindset, in my opinion, is a revolution in itself.
