If the water is already in the basement and you don't have a floor drain or a sump pump, you have to manually dry the floor. No easy way out.
If your basement frequently flooded because failure of foundation wall and slab waterproofing, you may consider to install a sump pump in lowerest corner of your basement and pump the water out. It cost about couple of hundred bucks.
It doesn’t sound right that so much water can flood in through a window. Window shall never work as a water dam. a proper construction shall keep the exterior finish grade 6" (150mm) below window sill and that finish grade shall be always properly drained away from building.
