Planning --
• Support Head of Product Marketing in developing casual segment business plan/ strategies
• Develop training business launch plan and strategies
• Advise Retail in training retail expansion and distribution plan
Management --
• Build product range that meets casual market needs based on market data and consumer insight
• Create and adjust product pricing mix to fit customer/ consumer needs for segments
• Oversee whole training business cycle from designing to sourcing
Financial --
• Responsible for P&L for training group
System and Processes --
• Develop a systematic competitors’ intelligence process to analyze competitors’ product strategy
HR Management --
• Set up performance plan for direct reports, review and evaluate performance
Training and Development --
• Serve as topic specialist to support sales/ retail trainings
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-8 years experience in marketing or retail or product department in apparel industry
• Strong knowledge and background of apparel, footwear or sports product market in China
• Strong product planning experiences
• Bachelor degree or above
