Hi everybody
We are continuely seeking some Senior IT persons to do a challenge project from a top-ranking storage coperation, which will build it's first R&D Center in shanghai and start it's first project on June. The first group will be consisted of 12 person. Detailed as below,
1) 1 PM
2) 7 Developers with following focuses:
i. 1 Senior Java Developer focuses on J2EE please
ii. 1 Junior Java Developer
iii. 1 Senior .Net Developer
iv. 1 Junior .Net Developer
v. 2 Senior Windows C++ Developer
vi. 1 Junior Windows C++ Developer
b) 4 QA members with following focus:
i. 1 Senior QA with Oracle DBA capability
ii. 1 Senior QA with SQL DBA Capability
iii. 2 middle level QA
Detailed requirements for PM, Senior SE, Senior QA as below,
Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that product enhancements and certifications for ApplicationXtender are completed in a timely manner. They will have overall responsibility for all development and quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a high performance team
• Start with a small group of developers, develop an excellent understanding of the product and what it takes to develop and release new features
Experience & Skills
• BS/MS Computer Scaience with 8 to 10 years of relevant software development experience
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills required.
• 4 or more years of experience managing engineers
• Experience of working in a distributed software development environment is a must
• Excellent understanding of software development process and software life-cycle
• Experience in commercial software related products is a plus
Senior Software Engineer
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for understanding all aspects of the ApplicationXtender software products and act as the lead for significant portions of a product development project. The candidate will be a recognized technical resource for other team members, identify and address complex problems and have a recognized expertise in all areas of the product.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design and development of large and complex development projects
• Provides overall functional and technical leadership for major development efforts
• Authors concise functional and design specifications
• Follows and enforces development processes and standard procedures
• Works with team across multiple development sites
Experience & Skills
• BS/MS Computer Science with 8 to 10 years of relevant software development experience
• Strong experience in C++, Java and C#
• Experience with IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Windows Application Development
• Good understanding of J2EE architecture
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Solid knowledge of the Windows architecture and internals
• Diverse knowledge of currently shipping Microsoft products
• Microsoft SQL Server experience
Senior QA Engineer
The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for testing ApplicationXtender software products and act as the testing lead for significant portions of a product test project. The candidate will be a recognized technical resource for other team members, identify and address complex problems and have a recognized expertise in an area of specialty.
Responsibilities
• Review requirements and design for new features and develop test plans for functional testing.
• Design test cases and test beds, create schedule, execute tests, and document results.
• Work with local and US-based developers to reproduce and troubleshoot software defects.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 6-8 years experience with software life cycle and QA processes.
• 5+ years test experience 3+ years experience writing functional test plans.
• Experience in a software development and/or network management environment.
• Experience writing software test plans and test cases.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise with Windows.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, capable of proactively solve problems.
• Experience with test automation and scripting a plus.
• Experience working with US-based QA and Development teams a plus.
