Job responsibilities:
-Manage QA team to support all quality requirements
-Manage a high-performance QA team; hiring, training, developing, appraising, rewarding, motivating and disciplining staff; allocates QA resources and manages project schedules for QA team
-Participate in product requirement and design reviews with quality responsibility
-Develop standards and procedures for inspection and quality assurance; Improve performance of quality management system and any need for improvement; Acquire information from customers and communicates it internally and to vendors to ensure that customer specification and expectations are met and/or exceed; Facilitate corrective action and validate effectiveness of implementation; Maintain policies and procedures regarding the maintenance of configuration management activities.
-Responsible for all RMA related problems to make sure our products and services can meet customers needs
-Work with PE, FA, TE, FAB and reliability group to guarantee we deliver the best quality products to our customers
Job Requirments:
-At least 10 years QA experiences in IC related industries
-At least 2 years experiences in QA management
-Good knowledge in ISO 9001
-Have interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels
-Very good English communication skills
-BS or MS degree in EE or related field
