Major Duties:
1.Continuous improvement in QC, Microbiology Laboratory and clean environment activeities;
2.Establish and maintain effective NCR and CAPA system and follow –up to ensure timely closure;
3.Product sterility assurance;
4.Evaluation, qualification and maintenance of sterilizers and external laboratories;
5.Assist QA Manager in internal and external audit activeities;
6.Perform supplier quality system audit;
7.Help promote and maintain an effective QMS system that is in compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, 21CFR820, Chinese GMP, CE standards and supplier quality agreement;
Requirements as JR:
1. Good English speaking & writing skills;
2. Good knowledge in ISO standards 21 CFR 820 and Chinese GMP;
3. Bachelor's Degree in science discipline (Microbiologist background is a must);
4. Sound knowledge in microbiology and sterilization processes, eg. gamma, e-beam, ETO;
5. Certified lead auditor(preferably);
6. Certified IQA;
