Ya the prices of all those houses is way too expensive. How can a fool pay so much for a house.Ya right...a fool and his money soon part.
I bought a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage with a small swimming pool for 50K
That is what I call low price. Renting it for 1K a month. 50K is way below what all the houses on this article were bought at.by those fools."
