Company Profile:
This is a leading IT services company with Global Delivery Centers, head office is in Beijing , as well as offices abroad, working with the world's best technology companies involved in end-to-end ITO and BPO services, financial services, pharmaceutical, telecom, etc.
We now looking for a Chinese Mandarin speaking Office manager to manage our office in Seattle USA.
Job description:
1.Setting up business and development management processes ba<x>sed on local business culture.
2.Administration management.
3.Human resource, administration, and finance management.
4.Manage Staff recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, training etc…
5.Regularly monitor key metrics such as turnover, intermittent absence, etc. and take proactive steps to address problem areas.
6.Keep good communication with head office in Beijing. Support all international affairs and issues under instruction of head office in Beijing.
7.Submit monthly activity reports on a timely basis.
8.Making sure the office smooth running
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in overseas institutions with Human Resource Management, Admin Management or other related subject.
2.Demonstrated communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written business communication in both Chinese and English.
3. 8 years or above working experience in human resource management or related is required.
4. 5 years or above managing experience in American companies is required.
5. In-depth knowledge of applicable state, local and federal employment laws.
6. Has passionate attitude for team work and technology as an enabler for a company’s growth.
Starting date: August 2011 (negotiable)
