需要达成的业绩或者目标：The Project Manager is responsible for QAD MFG/Pro project implementation and post deployment support in China
主要工作职责：
1. Direct and manage QAD MFG/Pro project development form beginning to end to ensure organizational expectations are fulfilled.
2. Define project scope (including functional areas in finance, manufacturing, logistics, etc), goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Develop fill-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
4. Effectively communicate project expectation to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
5. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stake holders.
6. Accountable for ERP budgets, headcount, project approval processes, etc.
7. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
8. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
9. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
10. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
11. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
12. Provide follow-on support to MFG/Pro user and organize and conduct MFG/Pro training.
13. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
14. Develop best practices and tool for project execution and management.
15. Support and ensure compliance with various internal and external audits requirements related to MFG/Pro.
任职要求和条件：
1. Work experience
a. University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
b. At least 5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution.
c. Sound knowledge of complete life-cycle implementation of ERP applications in general and QAD specifically.
d. PMP (Project Management Professional) certified preferable.
2. Technical Skill:
a. Strong knowledge of mainstream, large scale ERP products, particularly
b. Working skill of Progress database, network and Microsoft Windows applications.
3. Soft Skill
a. Minimum bi-lingual: Fluent oral and written mandarin and English
b. Excellent communication skills
c. Strong project management skills: time management, skill assessment, team leadership, resource planning, and effective prioritization and execution of tasks in a high-pressure environment.
d. Efficient problem solver.
