Job Title:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Take a leadership role for the software development teams in China, and responsible for the overall success of assigned projects.
2. Proactively interact with the Company Product Management and R&D functions all around the world to make contributions to the Company product development strategies.
3. Take initiatives to assess new technologies and their applications to drive technology innovation in project execution and product development.
3. To be the Liaison between onshore and offshore software development teams to ensure a smooth communications in between.
4. Establish, support, and review projects to ensure timely completion according to the Company goals and ob<x>jectives. Ensure resources (budgets, manpower, tools, equipment, training, etc) are available, technical issues are reviewed and discussed, changes in schedules are communicated, and priorities are reviewed.
6. Work closely with development teams to provide all kinds of supports on product development efforts, and ensure the team members displays a high level of expertise and team spirit to provide the best possible solution.
Qualifications:
1.Master or Bachelor degree, 10+ years of combined experience in large scale software development with 5 years as manager or lead architect.
2. Track record of building, managing and leading engineering teams in the delivery of high quality products.
3. Product experience & business knowledge in ERP and/or SCM related areas a huge plus.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead senior engineers in design and implementation.
5. Solid knowledge and hands on in web solutions such as .Net.
6. Deep understanding with modern agile development methodologies.
7. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
8. Strong oral and written English skills.
9. Overseas working experience is preferred.
