Every year, over 3000 search parties set out to find lost hikers and large percentage of them are found with a compass in their pocket.
Most people don’t expect to get lost, but sometimes the best lay plans go wrong. So before heading out, be prepared.

and pock the pores and layers with sand and gravel. But be aware, it won’t work against some parasites. Now just stay put, lie back and wait sweet sound that rescue, because you have just survived. Remember, always let someone know where you are going and when expect you back and keep your pack filled with right essential. So next time you are stranded, you know how to go from the lost to found.
