Job Description
Ⅰ. Basic Information
Position:Head of Capacity Planning Asia
Ⅲ. Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for fulfillment of Global committed customer volumes (app 4 M units per month) for prodcts developed in Asia
• Signing of and commit volumes to sales for Asia developed products
• Very strong leadership skills (managing a team but in different locations, CN, TW, JP with different cultural background and be able to sign of activities with pears located in Americas and Europe)
• Create and facilitate a very structure communication of Supply Availability
• Set operational targets for the team and closely follow up performance
• Ownership of Supply Chain performance for Asian developed products
• Constantly drive structured global improvement activities in our Supply Chain
• Develop the team and the individuals to be highly efficient
• Very High interpersonal and communication skills
General:
• Manufacturing experience
• Sourcing Experiance
• Positive in mindset
• Culture awareness
• Open mindset and willing to change
• Well structured, but not limiting the ability to take decision or act without all the details
• Consistently drive for improvement both for individual and team
• Be innovative in term of issue solutions
• Doer and execute on time – high commitment to follow through on assignments
• Strong command English capabilities not limiting any level of communication
• Willing to work and understand in details but not limited to
Ⅳ. Qualification
• Experience : >7 year in a electronic industry, >5 years working in Supply Chain and >3 years mgmt/leadership experience in a international company
• Well proven track record for high efficient mgmt/leadership
• Strong English capabilities
• Great communication and interpersonally skills
• Documented and proven high level knowledge in Supply Chain (manufacturing, sourcing, planning and logistics)
