 Required Skills
-Top notch customer consulting and business development skills
-Ability to describe and articulate XXXX's solution value to meet customer's needs
-Proven track record with customer engagements on follow-through
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Exceptional communication skills
-Working knowledge of IBM products and services
-Working knowledge of system management solution for enterprise customers
-Experienced with business model of IDC and enterprise data center and existing products in configuration management, release management, system monitoring area a plus
-Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as Xen, VMware, etc is strongly desired
-Must be comfortable working within a globally integrated team
-Deep industry knowledge a plus
-Must be on-demand with customer opportunities
-Excellent spoken and written communications in both Chinese and English
-Top performer candidates only for a fast growth track
