Title: Senior experts in ISC or CRM or FIN development process
Responsibility
1. Manage the development, continuous refinement and deployment of ISC/CRM/FIN process and its supporting processes. And also their link & align with other corporate processes.
2. Evaluate the execution of ISC/CRM/FIN process; optimize and manage ISC/CRM/FIN. fix the problems occurring during the execution of ISC/CRM/FIN process.
3. Manage the training and guidance of ISC/CRM/FIN process system;
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Proficient in the related theories of process framework and design; familiar with industry basic theories and trends of the domain. Familiar with the modes and frameworks of best-in-class (telecommunication and IT) ISC/CRM/FIN process.
3. About ten years(or ten more) of experience in designing or refining ISC/CRM/FIN management process in large telecommunication equipment company, or experience in process consultation covered multiple business reengineering projects in large telecommmunication equipment company.
4. The experience of implementing reengineering management and deployment is preferred. Or the experience of managing the reengineering department.
