Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate on going Learning Needs analysis in Amdocs China, according to LBP guidelines。
Suggest the right learning solution based on AMLS portfolio (tracks, courses etc)。
Define Amdocs China training plan。
Planning and recourse allocation of all training activities in China, according to AMLS PMO guidelines and procedures。
Manage the roll-out of Amdocs China learning plan, according to AMLS roll-out guidelines。
Manage all AMLS staff on site in China (RO)。
Mange the local vendors, find local solution to all generic topics in coordination with AMLS operations。
Mange the training facilities in China。
