JOB OPPORTUNITIES:

Employer: a Fortune500 US company
Job Title: HR Officer - Corporate Office, HR Department
Report to: China HR Manager
Location: Shenzhen Bao’an District


Main responsibilities:
Drive and facilitate Corporate HR projects among all divisions in China including Corporate Citizenship program, Engineering Hiring Program and Employer Branding program etc.
 Conduct project analysis of action plan and follow up the plan
 Coordinate the management development program to ensure smooth administration.
 Implement the full spectrum of training & development programs in China.
 Source training consultants to build up database for external training resources.
 Responsible for employee relations.

What's on offer?
Less than 10k/month and negotiable.

Suitable candidates should have full spectrum experience in Human Resource Management with excellent communication skills to all levels including fluency in English and Mandarin, and all candidates should demonstrate initiative, independence and diplomacy in handling conflicts.
