Descriptions:

Being a member of HP Service Management Reference Model (SMRM) global team, to deliver quality process designs and documents:

· Design SMRM processes based on ITILv3, COBIT and other reference frameworks

· Generate process documents and other collaterals

· Present processes and collaterals to the customer

· Respond to customer’s queries on processes

· Maintain the released processes and collaterals

· Provide support to the implementation of the processes



Qualifications:

· Master or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system, IT or related field

· ITIL Foundation Cert. required; ITIL Manager/Expert preferred

· A minimum of 3 years ITSM/ITIL related experience

· A minimum of 1 year ITSM Consultancy/Design experience

· Familiar with at least 1 process modeling tool (ProVision is preferred)

· Good oral and written English (CET 6 or above)

· Good understanding of Process
