• Co-develops with RSM the designated market(s)' annual sales plan according to geographic, account & channel strategies
• Analyze and develop account based sell-in and sell-out plan
• Prepares for the future order sales program; includes understanding of sales policies and strategies
• Understands each season's product flow, as well as micro & macro selling points (product v. range)
• Forecasts of each season's product flow plans for all accounts in responsible market
• Plan and monitor inventory clearance with Sell out.
• Plan sub-franchise sell in plan if need
• Manages and executes a sales plan for responsible top accounts or markets
• Provides a consistent and reliable point of contact for customers for all sales-related services, as well as a reference point for all other customer service related issues
Experience / Skills Required:
• At least 3 years working experience in China Distribution/Sales-related environment for multi-national consumer brand company
• A passion for and an understanding of SPORTS; has the desire to translate this passion into building the sports market in China
