RedsAward-winning, epic account of the life of radical journalist John Reed, American witness to the 1917 Russian Revoluation, directed by, produced by, co-written by and starring Warren Beatty

Beatty plays John Reed, the activist-writer. Reds follows his life and relationship with Louise Bryant (Keaton) from before World War I.

Beatty as director, cameraman Storaro and Stapleton, all received Oscars for their contributions to this overlong but highly impressive work.
